Matthew Siedhoff, MD, completed his medical degree at Stanford University, OB/GYN residency at New York University, and fellowship in Complex Benign Gynecology / Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery (MIGS) at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. There, he also received a Master of Science in Clinical Research from UNC’s Gillings School of Public Health. As faculty at UNC, he served as MIGS fellowship and division director, and was the Program Director for the MIGS fellowship and the Vice Chair for Gynecology at Cedars-Sinai before starting his own practice in Beverly Hills in 2025.

Widely regarded as the best minimally invasive gynecologic surgeon in Los Angeles with over 15 years of experience, Dr. Siedhoff performs advanced laparoscopic and robotic surgery for a range of gynecologic conditions, with special interest and expertise in advanced endometriosis, complex uterine fibroids, and reproductive surgery, which is also the focus of his research. Dr. Siedhoff has published over 100 manuscripts in peer-reviewed medical journals. He has served as board President for the Fellowship in MIGS and teaches surgeons through lecture and simulation nationally and internationally. He is a Professor of Obstetrics & Gynecology at Cedars-Sinai in Los Angeles and is currently pursuing a Master of Healthcare Administration at UCLA.

Outside of work, he enjoys a range of fitness activities, including tennis and biking, seeing live music and Broadway shows, listening to podcasts and audiobooks, and spending quiet nights with his husband, Rick, and their goldendoodle, Bumper.
