Meet Our Team


Rachel Brodsky, PA-C, earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Boston, Massachusetts. She completed her undergraduate degree at Indiana University and her postbaccalaureate studies at UCLA. Originally from Los Angeles, Rachel moved to Boston to train and work in its vibrant healthcare environment before returning home to Southern California.
She assists Dr. Siedhoff in surgery and patient visits for surgical concerns and continuity of care. Rachel has a special interest in women’s health, hormone replacement therapy, polycystic ovarian syndrome, and endometriosis.


Marlene Andrade, FNP-BC, earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Maryville University. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Massachusetts Boston and her Associate Degree in Nursing from Labouré College. Originally from Boston, Massachusetts, Marlene brings a strong background in women’s health and has over five years of experience in gynecologic surgery.
She assists with preoperative and postoperative care, patient calls, and ongoing continuity of care. Marlene has a special interest in hormonal management, menopause, and endometriosis.


As Chief Practice Officer, Rick Rankin is dedicated to ensuring that every patient receives exceptional, compassionate care in a supportive and seamless environment. With years of leadership experience, Rick brings a steady hand and a deep sense of purpose to the day-to-day operations of the practice.
For Rick, managing a women’s surgical specialty practice isn’t just about efficiency—it’s about empathy. He believes that patients deserve both world-class surgical care and genuine human connection at every step of their experience. Under his guidance, the practice team works together to provide comfort, clarity, and confidence to each patient they serve.
As part of a family-run practice, Rick takes great pride in building a culture rooted in trust, respect, and shared commitment to improving lives. His goal is simple: to make every patient feel cared for, heard, and supported, from consultation through recovery and beyond.
Outside of work, Rick enjoys a range of fitness activities, including yoga and distance running, seeing live music and Broadway shows, listening to podcasts, and spending quiet nights with his husband, Matthew, and their goldendoodle, Bumper.
